As a Client Coordinator on the Business Insurance team, you will assist in servicing, growing, and retaining a commercial book of business while managing daily servicing tasks and supporting the marketing and placement of new and renewal accounts.

Responsibilities

Assist in servicing, growing, and retaining an existing commercial book of business

Manage workload by processing daily servicing tasks

Assist the team with the marketing and placement of new & renewal commercial accounts

Qualification

Must be a self-starter, be able to work under extreme pressure, multi-task, be detailed and meet deadlines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

MI Property & Casualty Producer's license will be required within 6 months of hire date

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum 1-year commercial insurance experience is preferred

Property/Casualty license or ability to attain preferred

High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred
