Salesforce Project Implementation Specialist

The Project Implementation Specialist will lead clients through the implementation lifecycle, ensuring they maximize the platform's potential while balancing technical expertise, project management, and client engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead clients through the full implementation lifecycle, including kickoff, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and go-live
Conduct welcome calls, introduce key team members, and review project scope
Perform training and walk-throughs of the FUNDINGO loan management platform
Ask key questions to understand client workflows and identify gaps
Configure and customize FUNDINGO on the Salesforce platform, including building Lightning pages, flows, and fields to meet client needs
Guide and assist customers through data conversion and migration processes, ensuring seamless transitions
Oversee project management activities by managing the JIRA board, ensuring tickets are properly prioritized, assigned, and tracked to maintain workflow efficiency and meet deadlines
Write detailed tickets for the team based on requirements gathered, clearly outlining the requirements, acceptance criteria, and any relevant details to ensure successful implementation
Provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams
Manage time logging by recording time spent on projects daily to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
Monitor project phases, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure alignment on key deliverables
Identify opportunities for improving implementation processes and system efficiencies
Contribute to product enhancements by sharing customer insights
Develop training and configuration documentation to effectively support internal and external stakeholders

Required

3-5 years of relevant experience in product implementation, business analysis, consulting, technical support, or technical problem-solving
2+ years of lending industry experience, with knowledge of loan origination, loan servicing, and alternative lending
Experience in client services within a B2B/SaaS environment
Understanding of Salesforce administration, including flows, Lightning page layouts, and reports
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to customer needs
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Expertise in breaking down complex processes to ensure clarity, efficiency, and effectiveness
Ability to envision solutions and understand the process steps from start to finish
Strong communication and client relations skills, with the ability to ask critical questions and clarify business requirements
