Responsibilities

Welcome and greet residents entering the building
Connect residents with the correct staff person
Offer respectful guidance and help people navigate the facility
Use Microsoft Excel to track walk-in visits and track appointments
Use Microsoft Teams to check if residents have an appointment and schedule appointments
Engage thoughtfully to understand each visitor’s needs before directing them to services
Monitor lobby areas for well-being concerns and respond or escalate appropriately

Required

Preferred

Bilingual skills in Hmong, Russian, Spanish, or Somali are appreciated but not required
