Responsibilities
Be responsible for driving the future strategic direction of the business
Play a critical role in building, inspiring, training and managing a talented, motivated, highly consultative sales and services team
Strong ability to forecast and efficiently allocate resources to drive profitable business results
Understand our client's businesses and develop appropriate data driven solutions to meet their needs
Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategy development
Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers, be a point of escalation for any potential issues
Consult with Product Marketing to help shape product development in support of client needs across the business
Be seen as an industry leader in NYC, LA or San Francisco
Evangelize Walmart Connect with agencies, clients and at targeted events, conferences and media opportunities
Deliver the highest level of customer service and present Walmart Connect’s solutions in a compelling, positive and professional way
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing and sales, advertising, or related area and 5 years' experience in business development, market development, or related area
7 years' experience in business development, market development, or related area
1 year's supervisory experience
Preferred
In a role preparing and executing budgets
Leading cross-functional teams
Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Advertising, or related area
