Responsibilities

Deliver in-home physical therapy services with compassion, quality, and autonomy

Engage local agency partners and support business development activity

Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of local PTs, PTAs, OTs, and SLPs

Manage your caseload with flexibility and ownership

Participate in strategy calls with leadership to provide field insights and growth updates

Qualification

Home health experiencePhysical Therapist licenseBLS CPR certificationKinnser/HomeCare HomeBase EMRBusiness acumenProfessionalismSelf-directionCommunicationFlexibilityOrganizational skillsTime-management skills

Required

5+ years of experience in home health as a Physical Therapist

Successful completion of a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy

Current therapist license issued by The State of Florida and a current BLS CPR certificate

Proficient in technological devices/systems such as tablets, e-mail, text messaging, and Kinnser/HomeCare HomeBase EMRs (we provide significant training as needed)

Reliable transportation and a desire to travel within the greater Jacksonville area
