Responsibilities

Prepare and file all real and personal property tax returns, extensions, and payments across multiple jurisdictions

Gather, analyze, and reconcile asset data and financial information needed for accurate property tax reporting

Monitor assessments, identify opportunities for appeals, and coordinate the full appeal process with external consultants

Review valuation methodologies and appraisal data to support favorable tax outcomes

Build annual property tax budgets and forecasts, incorporating projected rates and valuations

Track actual expenses vs. budget and deliver variance analysis

Coordinate property tax audits and maintain complete, organized records

Produce ad-hoc analysis to support strategic business decisions

Utilize and maintain software tools such as PTMS or OneSource to streamline compliance and reporting activities
