Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to join their Operations Support Team. This role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting SIGINT systems, providing support for system outages, and coordinating with field service representatives and engineers.

Responsibilities

Monitor multiple chatrooms for outages

Coordinate with operators, technicians, and engineers to troubleshoot issues

Maintenance of the outage/troubleshooting database

Identify software or hardware related flaws to engineers

Serve as a liaison for failure analysis and troubleshooting coordination with SIGINT operations and field service personnel

Provide real-time overall fleet health status of SIGINT Mission equipment

Maintain Mission Status Log for DoD and other US Government entities

Review data in support of collection concept development

Maintain awareness of community activities impacting assignments

Independently write reports detailing methods, results, and impacts to assigned issues

Perform queries and analysis using national databases

Perform signals analysis research

Produce geo-location data to support the development of various intelligence reports

Create data products and support/develop associated systems which heavily utilize technically derived data from multiple sources to include SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, OSINT, and HUMINT

Train other members of the team on SIGINT fundamentals
