F135 Logistics Solutions Specialist (TAV) - (Onsite)
Pratt & Whitney is working to transform the future of flight, and they are seeking a F135 Logistics Solutions Specialist to support the F135-powered fleet of Joint Strike Fighters. The role involves leading logistics integration, analyzing data trends, and coordinating with various project disciplines to ensure effective supply chain management and support for deployment operations.
Responsibilities
Serve as the lead F135 Logistics Integration Cell (LIC) SME in the operation, enhancement, and ongoing support of a refined Total Asset Visibility (TAV) capability
Serve as LIC TAV Focal by analyzing data trends on a daily, weekly, monthly cadence via QLIK Sense and other tools, validate loss reporting and transportation claims, and conduct follow-on investigations for delayed in-transit spares
Coordinate with supporting project disciplines, then provide Digital Technology a composite list of functional requirements for new SAP plant build-out
Participate in SAP new plant testing, coordinating with supporting project subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and address issues to support timely production Go-Live
Coordinate with Global Trade to ensure that SAP plant customer masters are properly configured and tested to support future expansion plans for global Sustainment Support
Identify global logistics SAP performance roadblocks that could delay spares movements, then drive the efforts to fix those issues with SAP, GT and additional functional experts
Coordinate with Global Deployment Materiel Management, ensuring that deployment support requirements are identified, configured, and incorporated in SAP to support warfighter sustainment
Serve as LIC functional liaison between fleet and global logistics specialists, surfacing and addressing transactional issues that may impact overall team production, in addition as a liaison and transactional tester for the DT team, supporting Product Support Provider electronic data interchange build-out efforts
Qualification
Required
BS/BA degree
5 years of Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Logistics Management experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3 years of Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Logistics Management experience
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship
Preferred
Import/Export experience with ITAR regulated material
Demonstrated experience with configuring SAP P10 Production and GTS P70 Global Trade System
In-depth knowledge of PW/Raytheon Technologies Corporation internal supply policies, practices, and standard proficiency in the complete range of SAP spares-related transactions is highly desired
Good analytical skills are a must. Able to organize, logically analyze, and present spares information pulled in from several info systems
At least 5+ years working with MS Office
Experience working with share point, MS forms, power automate
