Sr. Manager, Sales Operations - Adventure Sports
Giro Sport Design is a collective of makers who design and manufacture performance gear and precision technologies. The Sr. Manager, Sales Operations is responsible for driving global sales effectiveness through planning, analytics, CRM administration, territory management, and order fulfillment prioritization, while ensuring alignment across Sales & Operations Planning processes.

Responsibilities
Lead global sales planning cycles including forecasting, quota setting, and performance tracking
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to sales leadership
Analyze sales trends, pipeline health, and conversion metrics to support strategic decision-making
Oversee global Salesforce CRM strategy, governance, and user support
Partner with IT and Sales teams to optimize workflows, data integrity, and system enhancements
Train and support users to ensure adoption and effective use of CRM tools, and self-service access to reporting
Design and manage global sales territories and account assignments
Ensure alignment with go-to-market strategies and resource optimization
Maintain territory data and resolve conflicts or overlaps
Manage customer prioritization and order allocation processes in partnership with Supply Planning
Monitor fulfillment performance and escalate issues impacting customer satisfaction
Collaborate with Demand Planning to align supply with sales priorities
Oversee sales policy compliance, administration, and incentive program execution
Support sales onboarding and enablement initiatives
Maintain documentation and process standards across global teams
Act as liaison between Sales, Market Development, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Finance
Drive alignment and execution within the S&OP/IBP framework
Support strategic initiatives and business transformation projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related commercial functions
Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Experience with S&OP/IBP processes and cross-functional collaboration
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
Experience leading a team and managing cross-functional partnerships
Experience driving the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Forecast Accuracy (% variance to plan), Sales Productivity (Revenue per Rep), CRM Adoption Rate (% active users), Territory Coverage Effectiveness, Order Fulfillment Rate (% on-time delivery), Sales Cycle Time (Lead to Close), Data Quality Score (CRM and Territory data), Quota Attainment (% of reps hitting targets)
