Responsibilities
Assist (Associate level) and own (Mid-Senior) assigned areas of the month-end close process
Prepare accruals, reclasses, and adjusting journal entries
Perform P&L and balance sheet variance analysis
Prepare monthly internal management reports
Support GAAP-based reporting and internal controls
Review AP transactions and ensure compliance with policies
Provide schedules and support for external audits
Identify inefficiencies and contribute to process and workflow improvements
Qualification
Required
Korean Bilingual
Associate Level: 0-1+ year of relevant experience in finance and accounting
Mid Level: 3-5+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
Senior Level: 7+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
Solid understanding of GAAP and auditor communication experience
Strong Excel proficiency (PivotTables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP)
Proven ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and recommend improvements
Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners, including HQ
Prior involvement in ERP optimization or process improvements
Strong time management and ability to meet tight reporting deadlines
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks independently
Strong communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration
