Answer phones and greet visitors
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
Process all incoming and outgoing mail, while distributing interoffice mail
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Manage inventory and place orders for office supplies
Track and update case expenses as necessary
Ensure all mail is sent properly and timely
Route calls as expected
Send mass text messages to clients
Follow up with clients regarding reviews
Other support tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Must have a friendly phone voice
Answer phones and greet visitors
