Responsibilities

Installing, maintaining, and upgrading internal computer hardware and software systems used for designing and developing company products

Ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and enhancing service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Installing, configuring, and maintaining internal computer hardware and software systems while performing regular system upgrades and patches to ensure optimal performance and security

Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner and monitoring system performance to ensure compliance with security standards

Collaborating with engineering and business teams to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions

Continuously assessing and improving processes to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement, supporting improvement plans, and assisting in their implementation

Maintaining documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps, as well as providing technical support and training to end-users as needed

Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company’s IT infrastructure remains current and effective

Required
