Finance Assistant (part-time)
Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS) is a nonprofit that provides licensed outpatient community mental health services and compassionate care to over 20,000 individuals annually. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Finance Assistant to support their finance team by handling various financial documents and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Sort, distribute and/or scan department mail
Help maintain digital and onsite files and records
Provide support for transaction processing in financial systems (Intacct/BILL)
Assist with the coordination and processing of various types of financial documents (e.g. vendor invoices, banking forms, contracts and other)
Perform other administrative and financial duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
Strong interest in and working knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
Basic understanding of Finance department functions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
