Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-critical programs with multi-year scope and strategic significance
Translate corporate strategy into transformation roadmaps, KPIs, and execution plans
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors and senior leadership
Govern complex interdependencies, risks, and cross-functional execution
Drive enterprise-wide benefit realization and financial impact tracking
Facilitate executive steering committees and ensure alignment on priorities
Lead enterprise-level root cause analysis and systemic risk mitigation
Shape and evolve PMO frameworks, tools, and delivery standards
Mentor senior project leaders and contribute to talent development
Influence enterprise investment decisions through data, insight, and delivery credibility
Guide change management strategy using ADKAR to ensure adoption and sustainability
Champion a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation programs
Proven success in executive stakeholder management and strategic delivery
PMP required
Deep expertise in financial modeling, business case realization, and KPI governance
Strong leadership presence and ability to influence at the C-suite level
Preferred
MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred
SAFe or Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred
