Sr. Technical Program Manager, New Product Introduction, LFP Stack Module
Tesla is a leading electric vehicle and clean energy company, and they are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to support the LFP Stack Module Manufacturing team. This role involves managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, leading prototype builds, and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities
Manage the cross functional team to ensure successful launches of new products into the LFP Cell Manufacturing team
Lead build core team meetings to coordinate all aspects of prototype builds, set build plans and evaluate constraints, Lead, guide, and mentor junior team members
Drive material readiness with supply chain and material planning teams
Provide direction to project engineers for priorities and trial requirements; Own product roadmaps
Perform cost analyses to reduce product cost and manage inventory
Aid in the development and roll-out of NPI structure and processes
Coordinate with process and quality engineers to support new product roll outs
Qualification
Required
Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Minimum 6 years experience in mix of engineering and Project Management fields with evidence of exceptional ability managing multiple complex programs/projects simultaneously
Experience in R&D/Production/Manufacturing environment (semi-automated preferred)
Executive level communication skills, both verbal and written to both technical and non-technical team members
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage large teams
Works well under pressure and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously; Ability to adapt to changes quickly
Must have command of English Language, both written and verbal
