Responsibilities

Execute systems engineering activities in Test & Integration, Requirements, MBSE, or Hardware-Systems, depending on focus area
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance
Document, review, and manage system requirements using requirements management tools and MBSE
Participate in design reviews, verification, and validation activities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field
2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
Experience in Systems Engineering, including Test & Integration, Requirements, MBSE, or Hardware-Systems
Knowledge of systems design, MBSE modeling, and simulation
Familiarity with requirements management tools (DOORS, Cameo, or similar)
Experience with defense, aerospace, or mission-critical systems
Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and technical standards
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving systems
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Passion for innovation in defense technology

Preferred

Agile experience preferred
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire
