Responsibilities

Work closely with permitting agencies, utility companies, and stakeholders to guide projects through approval processes

Provide engineering design services, including calculations for water treatment, wastewater treatment, and linear pipeline projects

Develop Basis of Design Reports that meet both client objectives and regulatory requirements

Create, update, and review project specifications as needed

Coordinate with multiple engineering disciplines to ensure project success and alignment

Support Project Managers and leadership to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and constructable projects

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedule and quality expectations

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Project Manager to prepare fee proposals and Statements of Qualifications

Maintain proactive communication with clients and team members to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure milestones are achieved

Prepare and deliver project updates, documentation, and presentations to clients, stakeholders, and public entities

Participate in municipal client marketing and business development efforts related to water and wastewater services

Work collaboratively with civil engineers, planners, landscape architects, and surveyors to produce master plans, construction documents, specifications, estimates, and engineering reports
