Responsibilities
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring stories are well defined, prioritized, and aligned with the product roadmap
Translate business requirements into clear, concise, testable user stories
Ensure all JIRA documentation is complete, traceable, and up to date
Accept user stories as done, including validating the story meets acceptance criteria, has appropriate acceptance tests, and complies with the Definition of Done (DoD)
Work closely with product managers, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to maintain alignment
Understand the scope of enabler work and collaborate with System and Solution Architect/Engineering to assist decisions and sequencing of technological infrastructures
Ensure the team has full clarity on requirements, acceptance criteria, and business goals
Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies proactively
Facilitate all scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews/demos and retrospectives
Partner with Engineering teams to clarify requirements, remove blockers, and ensure smooth execution
Ensure accurate story-pointing practices across the team
Maintain balanced workload distribution (e.g., ~8 story points per developer per sprint)
Champion agile practices and coach team members on story slicing, estimation accuracy, and iterative delivery
Drive improvements in team velocity and delivery predictability
Promote continuous improvement through feedback loops and process refinement
Qualification
Required
Domain Expertise: 5+ years in Healthcare IT Solutions
Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
Hands-on experience managing backlogs, writing user stories, and driving sprints
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
Solid knowledge of QA Test cycles, Regression testing tools
Strong business and technical acumen with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear user stories and product features
Demonstrated success in influencing cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and vendor partners
Expertise in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Figma
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to customers, partners, and a broad range of technical and non-technical business stakeholders, participating in the sales cycle, and handling sensitive customer escalations
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
Preferred
Exposure to AI/ Agentic AI or intelligent automation
Experience in end-to-end test automation environments
Familiarity with enterprise-scale transformation programs
