Responsibilities

Prepare monthly reporting of certain loan related accounts and works with the responsible individuals to make any necessary corrections

Prepare loan sale journal entries based on purchase advise (PA) detail that is downloaded from loan software

Ensure servicing system and reports are in balance and monitor cash movement and advancement requirements

Coordinate loan movement and cash settlement activity between the Loan Boarding/Service Transfer group, and the sellers

Review and understand PSA requirements or private securities to be compliant to all reporting and remittance requirements and triggers

Complete special projects as assigned by Manager Corporate Accounting
