Responsibilities
Define and execute the product vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives
Actively participate in product discovery, design reviews, and roadmap prioritization
Balance high-level strategy with tactical involvement in day-to-day product decisions
Serve as a key voice of product strategy across the organization
Communicate complex ideas clearly to executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners
Build strong relationships with business teams, engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless execution
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability
Provide direct coaching and feedback to elevate team performance
Encourage open communication and collaboration across all levels
Drive prioritization and resource allocation across product initiatives
Ensure agile best practices are implemented and continuously improved
Monitor product performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize impact
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field
8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in leadership roles
Ability to be both strategic and hands-on in product development
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Strong track record of delivering successful products
Ability to drive cross-functional execution under tight timelines
Experience managing product portfolios
Ability to interpret KPIs, customer feedback, and usage metrics
