Responsibilities
Adapt existing industry knowledge to Zonda products and processes to elevate communication, project quality, and client satisfaction
Manage medium to large-scale concurrent projects with different delivery timelines
Hold kickoff meetings, progress reviews, and demos
Define scope, budget, timeline, dependencies, and deliverables for each project
Set client expectations from project kickoff to completion including communications platforms, delivery timelines, and management of revisions
Identify risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies
Provide quoting support for client revisions
Deliver consistent reporting and recommend practical process improvements
Ensuring clear communication between client and production artists
Ultimately responsible for architectural accuracy and quality of deliverables
Sharing product knowledge with others on the team
Mentor team members and support their development
Identify workflow and communication improvements and recommend solutions
Add, refine, and validate FAQ content to strengthen team consistency and knowledge
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of project management experience in homebuilding industry, archviz, or virtual graphics
Bachelor's degree required
Proficiency with project management tools (like Jira, Asana, Monday, Trello, etc.)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Preferred
PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is a plus
