Responsibilities

Serve as the technical authority for Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, Platform Analytics, and SecOps integrations
Architect end-to-end SecOps solutions tailored to enterprise environments
Lead complex workshops, provide expert guidance on system design, data flows, and integration patterns
Configure advanced workflows, automations, and integrations with security tools and enterprise systems
Oversee technical quality across sprints, ensuring scalable, secure, and performant configurations
Mentor technical teams and support strategic roadmap planning with customer leadership

Vulnerability ResponseSecOps implementationsServiceNow certificationsScriptingInterpersonal skillsCommunication skills

Required

5+ years of Vulnerability Response (VR) experience
Proven track record leading enterprise-scale SecOps implementations
Expertise in VR architecture, data modeling, and vulnerability lifecycle management
Strong scripting, integration, and platform development background
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive high-impact outcomes
Experience designing integrations and custom platform solutions
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service
Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in a related field or an additional 4 years of related experience
ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and CIS-VR certifications
U.S. citizenship is required
