Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor the recruiting team, providing guidance and performance feedback
Oversee daily recruiting activities and ensure positions are filled within the desired timeline
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for commercial real estate roles
Manage sourcing efforts across platforms such as LinkedIn and other job boards
Review and approve candidate screening and selection processes
Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment plans accordingly
Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires in the Philippines
Review and analyze recruiting metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports for leadership
Identify tools, trends and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree, Latin Honors (cum laude or higher) is a plus
At least 10 years of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing or human resources experience
Proven leadership experience in recruitment and hiring, including mentoring recruiters and managing hiring strategies
Experience with posting jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed and other sites
Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality
Must possess strong work ethic
Must be a team player
