Responsibilities
Answer phones, greet customers, and support licensed representatives
Assist with administrative tasks like document scanning, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups
Help manage our agency’s social media and online presence
Support event planning and community engagement initiatives
Gain exposure to customer relationship management and agency operations
Work directly with the agent and licensed team to understand how we serve our clients
Bring energy, creativity, and attention to detail to every task
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
