Vice President of Product Management

They are seeking a Vice President of Product Management to own the product roadmap and establish a product management system, focusing on delivering a self-service platform for live event intelligence.

Responsibilities
Define, own, and execute the product roadmap
Co-develop and implement the Product Priorities and establish KPIs to measure progress
Define and track activation, adoption, retention, and product efficiency metrics that guide prioritization and roadmap decisions
Champion the voice of the customer, translating complex enterprise client needs into clear, actionable user stories and product requirements
Make strategic, data-informed prioritization decisions that balance customer needs with scalable platform goals
Serve as the product owner for the core platform
Own the product lifecycle for key initiatives
Lead the definition of UX/UI workflows to simplify and automate the client onboarding and campaign management process
Work directly with engineering to ensure reliability and development velocity
Define user-facing product requirements for analytics, insights, and automation features
Collaborate with engineering to ensure integrations with enterprise ecosystems are intuitive, stable, and easy for customers to self-configure where possible
Guide the development of platform analytics and dashboards to surface real-time insights for clients
As the foundational Product Manager hire, you will establish and roll out the company's Product Management System
Collaborate closely with the executive team to align on the tech roadmap and resourcing plan
Manage product-level dependencies and advocate for parallel development where possible to accelerate timelines
Clearly communicate product strategy, status, and value to internal stakeholders, clients, and partners
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Product Manager at a B2B/B2B2C SaaS or PaaS company, with a track record of shipping complex, scalable enterprise products
Demonstrable experience building and launching self-service platforms and designing complex, multi-step UX/UI workflows for technical and non-technical enterprise users
Deep understanding of modern platform architecture, managing technical debt, and event-driven systems. Comfortable working with engineering, understanding system capabilities, and making tradeoffs that balance scalability, usability, and speed
Strategic understanding of how to leverage data, analytics, and AI/ML to create user-facing value (e.g., in analytics dashboards or automated workflows)
"First-PM" Mentality: Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Experience building product processes from scratch and managing ambiguity
Can translate complex technical concepts and product decisions into clear business value for the executive team, partners, and clients
Preferred
Experience with Martech/Adtech, including CDPs, SSPs, and enterprise marketing infrastructure (Salesforce, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Epsilon)
Experience with internationalization, cybersecurity protocols, and data compliance
Experience working with data-rich products, analytics dashboards, or measurement tools
Experience working with Fortune 500 Enterprise Brands
Experience working in Experiential Marketing, Sponsorships, Sports Leagues and/or Live Events
