Responsibilities

Maintain an accurate inventory of mobile assets, including smartphones, tablets, and accessories, using IT asset management tools
Track mobile device lifecycle from procurement to reassignment and retirement, conducting regular audits for accuracy
Coordinate shipping, receiving, and internal distribution of mobile devices, ensuring proper documentation and quality control
Inspect incoming shipments and prepare devices for distribution to end-users or external locations
Support resolution of discrepancies in inventory records and address related issues
Generate reports on inventory levels, movements, and assignments; maintain organized documentation of processes
Collaborate with IT, procurement, and end-users to ensure efficient mobile asset management
Act as a point of contact for employee questions and support regarding mobile devices
Identify opportunities to improve inventory and distribution processes, implementing best practices and updating SOPs
Monitor stock levels and notify management of replenishment needs to maintain operational continuity

Required

Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Intune, Cayosoft, and the Verizon Business Portal
Expertise in using Apple iPads and iPhones, including proficiency in configuring devices, managing settings, and deploying applications in a corporate environment
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues specific to Apple devices
Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) best practices and policies for Apple products
Ability to guide end-users on effective usage and optimization of Apple devices for business productivity
