Responsibilities

Train and refine AI models using complex scenarios; evaluate outputs for accuracy and logic
Implement AI solutions to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency
Ensure secure and effective operations of AI tools and systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business workflows
Monitor AI performance metrics and identify continuous improvement opportunities
Solve technical issues related to AI and propose enhancements
Document procedures and AI system processes
All other duties as assigned by management

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines

IT experience in business process transformation preferred
Intermediate knowledge of manufacturing operations
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
