Collaborate with team members to identify inefficiencies in operational processes and propose solutions for improvement

Collect, analyze, and present data related to key performance indictors (KPIs) and operational metrics. Prepare reports to track progress and identify trends

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operational processes, procedures, and compliance requirements

Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure products or services meet established standards and customer requirements
