Head of Business Development, Robotics AI

Maxinsights is a fast-growing team at the forefront of robotics, building a turnkey data solution for Robotics Foundation Models. The Head of Business Development will manage key customer relationships and drive strategic growth within the embodied AI data ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end relationship with our flagship enterprise customers in the robotics sectors
Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within existing accounts, driving upsell and cross-sell strategies
Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure long-term partnership growth and customer success
Serve as the primary point of contact for key decision-makers, researchers, and engineers at customer organizations
Gather and synthesize critical product feedback, data requirements, and market intelligence to inform our product roadmap
Champion customer needs internally, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to ensure our solutions deliver maximum value
Lead program management initiatives for major accounts, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of training-ready datasets
Collaborate with technical teams to align product development with the evolving needs of the market and our key customers
Leverage your deep domain expertise in data or autonomous driving to build credibility with clients and identify emerging market opportunities
Represent MaxInsights at leading industry events (e.g., ICRA, RSS, CoRL, GTC), showcasing our products and expanding our professional network

Qualification

Required

3-6 years of proven experience in key account management, business development, or a strategic customer-facing role within the data/AI sector or autonomous driving industry in the US market
A self-motivated professional with a genuine passion and strong commercial sense for the data and autonomous driving landscape
Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise clients, grow revenue streams, and build trusted, long-term partnerships
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred

An MBA or MS is a plus
