Review Plan census information to determine eligibility and calculate vesting
Review Plan Document provisions to determine Plan is operating accordingly
Analyze annual compliance exams for non-discrimination, coverage and other issues
Assist with the review and processing of participant distribution and loan requests
Prepare various governmental filings and notices to Plan Sponsors and participants

Required

Bachelor's Degree
Good verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1+ years of relevant professional experience in retirement plan administration or accounting
Current and valid professional business credential(s), including but not limited to: QKA (Qualified 401(k) Administrator), QPA (Qualified Pension Administrator), CPC (Certified Pension Consultant) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
