Responsibilities
Inspect work performed in both Digital Print and Lettershop
Provide feedback to employees and supervisors on quality audit checks
Report all quality problems into the QC module in DirectLink
Identify and actively solve problems discovered during inspection process
Maintain and report records related to Errors and On-Time Delivery in a timely fashion
Participate in the analysis of the information captured and help develop processes or procedures to address where appropriate
Assist with the reprint and accountability process
Enter deficiencies in the verification process into Quality Issues log in Direct Link (ERP / MIS)
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of Quality Control experience
High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education/experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures
Good verbal and written communication skills
Aptitude in decision-making
Very high level of attention to detail
Ability to navigate computer and network locations
Must be able to be able to stand on feet for at least 8 hours/day
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Certain PPE may be required while performing specific job functions
