Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a multi-site business unit

Own the books: oversee month-end close, forecasting, strategic modeling and analysis, and annual budgeting

Drive working capital improvements and margin optimization

Support local operations with sound financial data in order to identify and achieve commitments

Provide ROI, DCF, and pricing analysis for new opportunities and capital investments

Ensure compliance with GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, and revenue recognition standards

Manage accounting functions: cost accounting, AR/AP, and government compliance

Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team
