Responsibilities

Develop and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for milling and turning operations

Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to create accurate CNC programs

Collaborate with machinists and engineers to determine the best machining strategies and tooling

Perform simulations and tests to ensure programs meet all specifications and quality standards

Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues as they arise

Continuously improve processes to enhance productivity and reduce cycle times

Maintain detailed documentation of programming processes and revisions

Mastercam experience

Willing to commute or relocate

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with expertise in Mastercam

Strong understanding of machining processes and metalworking

Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications

Proficient in CAD/CAM software and other relevant tools

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
