Scot Forge Company is looking to hire a Sales Intern for the summer of 2026 at their corporate facility in Spring Grove, IL. The internship will provide exposure to the sales profession and support the sales team through daily tasks, market research, and customer prospecting.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze and communicate market data and customer feedback in order to partner with Marketing to create targeted campaigns and sales segmentation
Partner with internal industry specialists for business development and customer organizational mapping
Market research and customer prospecting
Aid in writing documented value case histories in conjunction with Sales & Marketing

Required

Senior standing in a Bachelor's program, majoring in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance or various Engineering disciplines
Independent worker with strong self-management and problem-solving skills, who can demonstrate learning agility
Outgoing personality with a natural curiosity and logic-based thought process
Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
Excellent writing, proofreading and communication skills
Must be authorized to work anywhere in the U.S. without sponsorship
Must be able to pass a 90 day head hair drug test today
