Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements

Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement

Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases

Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions

Work closely with IT teams to ensure that business requirements are translated into technical specifications

Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning

Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives

Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes

Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in business or other related field

A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role working closely with Business Stakeholders and Product Owners

Knowledge of scrum ceremonies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and identify solutions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to stakeholders

Experience project management, or a related field is beneficial
