Responsibilities

Providing technical guidance and support to manufacturing operators
Developing, implementing, and documenting manufacturing processes for electronic and electromechanical assemblies
Utilizing lean manufacturing techniques to reduce costs and improve production yields
Defining operations procedures and build sequences to drive operational excellence
Developing statistical process control approaches and integrating reporting and data analytics solutions

Required

Ability to support up to 10% of overtime annually as required to support program needs

Preferred

Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and techniques
Experience with manufacturing ERP systems
Experience with automation/robotics in manufacturing environments
Knowledge of Military specifications and standards
Knowledge of industry standards such as IPC.620 and J-STD-001
