Responsibilities

Supporting the implementation of new regulations impacting Wärtsilä's operations, particularly in commercial transactional management

Providing business-oriented legal support across Wärtsilä Americas

Drafting, reviewing, and commenting on contracts and other documents from a legal perspective

Assisting in the negotiation of business transactions

Helping manage and mitigate legal and contractual risks

Supporting the management of claims and disputes

Contributing to the development of training programs, legal practices, and operational methodologies

Participating in the enhancement of Wärtsilä's legal policies
