Lead and manage the editorial team to produce compelling, high-quality content that aligns with the magazine’s mission and audience interests
Ensure all editorial output maintains the highest standards of journalistic integrity and creativity
Collaborate closely with the business team to align editorial content with business goals and revenue strategies
Participate in budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize the magazine’s financial health
Foster and maintain strong relationships with community partners, advertisers, and other stakeholders
Oversee the planning and execution of community events that enhance the magazine’s brand and community presence
Drive innovation in content delivery, including multimedia collaborations and digital initiatives
Embrace opportunities to extend magazine brand and build audience through unique collaboration with News 3 Now local editorial team
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in editorial leadership, preferably in regional or lifestyle magazines
Strong business and financial understanding related to publishing or media
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
