Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of assigned technical projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope

Oversee and coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment across project priorities, timelines, and deliverables

Serve as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, providing updates, gathering requirements, and managing expectations

Assist in maintaining and prioritizing a queue of enhancement requests for existing products, aligning improvements with project goals

Collaborate closely with engineering and analytics teams to coordinate development tasks, track progress, and facilitate technical discussion

Follow established project management processes; create and maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting minutes

Identify project risks and issues, including dependencies involving external task ownership; manage necessary stakeholder follow-up and escalate complex issues or roadblocks to senior team members or leadership

Work collaboratively with technical teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives

Actively learn about project management best practices, relevant technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI), and the healthcare domain

Two years of progressively responsible experience devoted to project management

Bachelor's Degree

Prosci Certified Change Practitioner
