Responsibilities
Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, technicians, and scientists to improve processes for current and new products
Learn and apply sensor technology fundamentals to capture design iterations, down selections, and critical process inputs and outputs
Operate off-the-shelf and custom sensor manufacturing equipment to design and run experiments for process and equipment optimization
Contribute to material science initiatives, including formulation design, and help develop measurement and test methods to support sensor technology
Design, execute, and document experiments, writing process instructions to capture new and evolving processes
Qualification
Required
Requires a high school diploma/certificate or equivalent
Must be a currently enrolled student at an accredited college or university in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or later
You must have a basic understanding of experimental design
You must have some basic understanding of data processing platforms like JMP, MATLAB, Minitab, Excel, etc
You must be able to collaborate and execute your own experiments as well as support the work of other technical leaders on the team
You are open to learning new things in several environments, ranging from manufacturing floors to chemical and mechanical laboratories
