This role will partner with Technology teams to drive financial planning, provide operational insights, and support strategic decision-making to ensure effective investment while meeting financial targets.

Responsibilities
Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for Technology departments
Develop and maintain financial models that project costs, resource needs, capital expenditures, and ROI for Technology initiatives
Track variances between actuals and forecast; provide insights to explain trends and drivers
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for Tech leadership and FP&A stakeholders
Review and analyze IT project Statement of Work, business cases, and software investment to identify cost-savings opportunities and efficiency improvements
Present financial insights, risks, and opportunities to drive fact-based decisions
Identify opportunities to streamline finance–tech processes and enhance data quality
Support Month-end Accounting Close
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required; master's degree preferred. Specialization in Accounting, Business, or Finance is required
Minimum at least 5 years of work experience in a corporate setting, with emphasis on areas such as reporting development, financial planning and analysis, business analytics, and financial modeling
Able to perform quantitative analysis using appropriate analytical tools. Requires expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel to develop and troubleshoot reports
Strong communication skills, able to independently structure and develop PowerPoint presentations and other business documents for executive audiences
High business acumen with strong finance background
Works productively across the enterprise and partners with others to achieve shared goals
Speaks and acts with complete honesty and trustworthiness
Preferred
Experience with SAP BPC and Workday is preferred
