Responsibilities
Provide thought leadership on key talent management focus areas, such as annual performance review process, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development
Design, develop, and support strategic talent management programs/projects
Create or update talent management resources, communications, and training materials
Assist in the configuration, administration, and support of the HCM talent management system modules
Provide change management support for key talent initiatives
Recommend talent solutions addressing the necessary adjustments using your change management, and exceptional influence, communication, and relationship skills
Other projects as our team’s scope grows, and/or our business needs change
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of related experience
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in talent management and leadership development
Experience building talent management programs and supporting resources
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Strong project management skills
Proactive attitude and drive for results
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive work environment
