Responsibilities
Provide food and beverage service to all patients, employees and visitors as requested
Maintain the work area to ensure it is kept neat and clean
Stock and replenish ingredients and food on a daily basis
Provide backup to pharmacy cashier as needed
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of basic food safety and cleanliness standards
Skill in providing exemplary customer service
Skill in communicating in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing
Skill in planning, organizing, and time management
Skill in using a computer and a variety of software, including Electronic Health Records (EHR) software, Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
Skill in managing multiple priorities and problem solving
Ability to maintain high levels of professional and personal integrity
Ability to convey professional demeanor and sound judgment in dealing with patients' needs, protection of patient privacy, and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to act as a good representative of the company
School diploma or GED required
Preferred
Previous barista experience preferred
