Responsibilities

Perform regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across multiple facilities
Respond promptly to service requests and emergency breakdowns, diagnosing issues and implementing effective repairs
Coordinate with property managers and other stakeholders to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory to support asset management and compliance
Assist in the implementation of energy-saving initiatives and safety protocols to enhance facility sustainability and occupant safety

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in engineering, facilities management, or a related field is required
Proven experience in building maintenance or engineering within the commercial real estate or related industries
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
First Class “C” Boiler's License
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to travel between multiple sites
Position requires verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S

Preferred

Associate degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management
Certification in HVAC, electrical systems, or plumbing (e.g., EPA certification)
Familiarity with energy management systems and sustainable building practices
First aid and safety training certifications
