Defense - Teamcenter Configuration Developer/Analyst
Spirit AeroSystems is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company focused on the defense and space marketplace. They are seeking a Teamcenter Configuration Developer/Analyst to resolve systemic process issues, improve PLM and MES systems, and ensure optimal performance of Teamcenter systems.

Responsibilities
Participate as a Teamcenter expert to resolve key systemic process issues identified by the application support team
Understanding Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Perform tests for environmental integrity and performance
Continuously improve and optimize system business process
Develop processes and documentation to ensure Teamcenter systems are sustainable
Actively monitor and continuously improve the PLM Teamcenter production environment to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Experience in a PLM and/or MES-related business process role: Level 2: 2-4+ years of related experience, Level 3: 5-8+ years of related experience, Level 4: 9-13+ years of related experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
Must be able to secure Program access approval
Preferred
Active DoD Security Clearance
Articulate solution ideas with clarity with good communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated Teamcenter Configuration experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to proactively identify issues, find root cause and identify both temporary and permanent solutions
Ability to comprehend software, hardware, and networking architecture concepts
Demonstrated experience conducting formal Root Cause Analysis and implementing Corrective Action
Experience participating in technical teams with diverse backgrounds
Ability to manage and organize multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Teamcenter data model, configuration, BMIDE, workflow development, and data import experience
Working knowledge of Oracle or comparable RDBMS
Experience with complex Product Lifecycle Management Systems, especially Teamcenter applications related to Engineering and Manufacturing
Knowledge of Teamcenter tools including: Active Workspace, Teamcenter Manufacturing, Shop Floor Connect, eQ MI Integration tools, Automated Multiuser Testing
