Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze consolidated monthly regional financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow), providing insights on trends, variances, and key drivers
Oversee regional consolidation for multiple entities and review top-side journal entries in HFM
Support 10-Q/10-K disclosures, annual audits, quarterly reviews, and ensure compliance with SOX and disclosure controls
Research complex accounting issues, document analyses and conclusions, and prepare quarterly accounting memos
Deliver financial analyses for customer proposals and reporting requirements
Supervise and develop senior-level staff

Qualification

CPA certificationFinancial statement preparationSOX ComplianceHFMPower BIExcel skillsTechnical accounting expertisePublic accounting experienceIndustry experience in logisticsLeadershipCommunication

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA certification
5+ years of experience in accounting, including multi-entity consolidations and financial statement preparation
SOX Compliance
Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting tools (HFM, Power BI preferred)
Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred

Public accounting experience (audit or advisory) and Public Company preferred
Technical accounting expertise, including researching and applying new standards
Industry experience in logistics or transportation
