Assistant Director, Key Partners
Samaritan's Purse is seeking an Assistant Director, Key Partners to join their North American Disaster Relief team. In this role, you will provide leadership and strategic direction for key partnership programs, develop strategies for engagement, and foster relationships with external partners to support the organization's disaster relief mission.

Responsibilities
Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to the Team Patriot, Student Partnerships, and Church Partnerships teams, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and mission
Develop and implement strategic plans to strengthen engagement and growth within each partnership area
Establish performance goals, monitor progress, and support team development through coaching, mentoring, and accountability
Collaborate with the Director to assess partnership effectiveness, identify opportunities for innovation, and ensure consistency across all partnership programs
Oversee program operations, budgets, and reporting to ensure efficient use of resources and compliance with organizational standards
Foster relationships with key external partners, stakeholders, and networks to enhance collaboration and mutual impact
Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure partnerships are effectively integrated into broader organizational initiatives
Provide regular updates and information sharing across the NADR field staff team through routine meetings
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university and five (5) to ten (10) years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
General knowledge of Excel and Word, and ability to learn in-house specialized computer applications
Strong ability to build and maintain an effective management and leadership team
Strong ability to work well under pressure in difficult situations with limited resources
Strong ability to take ownership of issues/problems and drive to resolution
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (resourceful and creative with solutions)
Highly effective communication skills (written and verbal) and public speaking skills
High degree of diplomacy and discretion
Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions
Fluency in English
Preferred
Twelve credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies preferred, not required
