Responsibilities

Partner with Clarvida’s state leaders to understand local RFP opportunities, program needs, and growth priorities

Research and identify RFP and grant opportunities from databases, government agencies, and other sources

Write, edit, and submit high-quality RFPs, grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and supporting documentation

Develop tailored proposals that highlight the unique impact of Clarvida’s services in each state

Maintain an RFP and grants calendar to track deadlines, submissions, and reporting requirements

Collaborate with operations, finance, program, and compliance teams to collect data, budgets, and outcomes

Ensure timely and accurate reporting on awarded RFPs and grants

Maintain detailed records of all activities and outcomes

Required

Minimum 3 years of experience in RFP and/or grant writing or proposal development, preferably within the nonprofit, behavioral health, or human services sector

Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
