Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and repair physical and virtual server systems

Resolve technical issues affecting hardware, operating systems, or applications

Apply operating system or application patches, install or replace hardware, and implement configuration changes to improve or restore system performance

Perform system capacity analysis and planning. Assist users in accessing and using business systems

Develop instructions and procedures for system maintenance, create scripts to automate monitoring and repair tasks, and conduct quality assurance checks

Collaborate with customers, subject matter experts, and architects to analyze, evaluate, and optimize systems. Contribute to process development and system improvement efforts

Other Duties as assigned

Required
