Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain responsive web applications using React and Next.js
Translate UX/UI designs into functional, accessible front-end code
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility
Collaborate with technical product owners, designers, and back-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences
Integrate front-end components with APIs and back-end services
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices
Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards (WCAG)

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
A minimum of 5 years of professional front-end web application design and development
Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS modules (CSS3)
Familiarity with state management libraries (MobX, Redux, Context API, etc.)
Experience with RESTful APIs or GraphQL
Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development
Testing experience with Jest, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Self-motivated with a continuous learning mindset
Passionate about creating great user experiences and UI performance
Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization upon hire
